Welcome to Athena Fertility. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, athena-fertility.com ("we", "our", "us"), and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. 2. Products and Pricing

  • We provide at-home fertility tests through a laboratory partnership with Post Your Lab. All prices include 21% VAT. Shipping costs are included in the product price.

  • We accept Visa and Mastercard as payment methods.

3. Order Process

  • Orders can be placed via our website: athena-fertility.com.

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed.

  • Products are subject to availability. If a product is sold out, it will no longer be available for purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within the Netherlands using PostNL.

  • There are no additional shipping costs; these are included in the final product price.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days after purchase. You will receive your test results within 5 days of the lab receiving your sample.

  • In case of damaged goods due to product faults, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Returns and Cancellations

  • We do not accept returns or cancellations once the order is placed.

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Exceptions may be considered at our discretion in case of product defects or errors in the order.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • Athena Fertility's liability is limited to the replacement of faulty products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • We are not liable for lost products during shipment via PostNL.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect and use customer data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • We collect personal data such as names, addresses, and payment information to process orders. Data is securely stored and used only for order processing and service delivery. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  • Personal data collected during the purchase process is used solely for processing your order and delivering our services.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through negotiations in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.

  • We are committed to resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

  • All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of or licensed to Athena Fertility and as such are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.
